Focus on your Rehabilitation

Chiropractic is routine in sports medicine and many trainers encourage it before, during and after any physical activity.  It is estimated that 90% of all world-class athletes use chiropractic care to prevent injuries and increase their performance potential.

All athletes are susceptible to injuries.  Whether you play football, hockey, golf, tennis, soccer or wrestle, box, cheerlead, dance – the list goes on, you will more than likely suffer from some type of injury whether it is from a hard hit, repetitive motions, over-training or failure to warm up properly.

It is important for all athletes to maintain their bodies and the best way would be to get regular adjustments from a Certified Chiropractor Sports Physician, such as Dr. Czekaj.   On your first visit, we will ask questions about your health and perform a structural exam of your posture, spine and balance.  We will then examine your back, extremities, tendons, ligaments and joints.  With all of this information we can then determine the most beneficial treatment for you.  The two most common techniques are spinal manipulation and spinal mobilization.  Our goal is to return you to your full physical activity.
